Shipping policy

Delivery

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days. All orders will be shipped during Monday-Friday. Estimated delivery time is 1-10 days depending on country. Please note that this is only an approximation. Superbad is not responsible for any delays caused by the freight company. 
    Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following week. 

Pick Up

If you live in Sweden and have chosen to pick up your package free of charge, we will get in touch with you to arrange a suitible time. Packages can be picked up at the following adress:

Tracking Your Order

In the e-mail with your shipping confirmation you will find your tracking number, which enables you to track your delivery.

Uncollected Packages

Superbad will not pay any shipping costs for uncollected packages. The customer will be charged with 200 SEK by either invoice or by deducting the fee amount from the order amount that is refunded after the return has arrived. 

Damaged Goods

When you receive your item it is important that you immediately check that the item is in good condition. Should it be damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (but no later than a week after receiving the item/s) and we will help you out. Send an e-mail to info@superbad.work.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and added at checkout.
